01. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Your comments will be used to store and manage only to create a lead and to reply further to you for possible business leads or support
Try not to upload any media to Netsonic website. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Netsonic will not be liable for copyright infringement for media uploaded through our website.
Contact forms shall be used by our system to collect information from you for potential business prospect or support. Do not enter any personal data in Contact Forms.

02. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site via a portal, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
03. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except username and mobile number). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
04. Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your data may be stored by our system in our Sales funnel or to our support team if it is destined for support

We will share your data with our sister concerns or parent comany and contractors for the sole purpose of serving you after you sign up. We will not share your data anywhere outside of our system storage. However, device/browser information of users of website may be used by Google Analytics as per their terms and conditions

Your data is stored in our database storage using third party cloud like Google and secured Database of our own.
Data network for communicating from/to your client device where you feed your data to our systems are protected through either SSL or token based access
For signed in customers with Application running on devices like Windows/Mobile are sandboxed with access protected using respective system policies
07. What data breach procedures we have in place
Only authorized users are allowed to login to our system and access database. This includes dual layer protection with a API access layer and data handling layer
